Privacy Policy¶
As this site is running out of Europe and I am an European citizen who values privacy, I want to make sure your data is safe with me.

What Data Do We Collect?¶
On The Website:¶
The Website is hosted on virtual instances by AWS. AWS is a cloud division of Amazon. The Website is hosted on Servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
We use Google Analytics and Facebook tracking cookies only after giving consent to do so. This is ensured through an opt-in way. If you are visiting this page the first time, your IP is transferred to Cookiebot to display the appropriate cookie-consent box. You have to give your consent by clicking "I want cookies" to enable any non-essential cookies if your local law requires to do so.
Through Third Party Providers¶
We use Paddle as a Merchant of Record, which handles all Payments. By signing up and subscribing to a paid plan, you are accepting the Paddle Terms. The Subscription is handled between you and Paddle, not between you and us. Please read and understand the Paddle terms, as well as the Paddle Privacy Policy
SSO Providers¶
By Signing up through Google SSO, Facebook SSO or Github SSO you accept that your email is used for login and information procedures.
What data are you requesting? We read your email, as well as your unique user-id to generate a password.
Why are you requesting Google user data? Your Email Address will be stored on our AWS Cognito Userpool for authentication purposes. It will also be stored in our MailerLite to contact you with important updates about the website. If any other information is sent to us via the oauth-process it will be simply ignored.
Your IP Address might be stored by other third-party services, because we are also using scripts hosted on third party web-servers, such as cdn.jsdelivr.net or googletagmanager.com.
Newsletter¶
Our newsletter works through a double-opt-in way. If you decide to signup through the signup-form provided then you have to douple-opt-in. This means you signup, you get a confirmation email and then you have to click a link inside to actually enable the newsletter.
Your IP and My Server¶
When browsing my site your IP Address is transferred and logged. This happens only to ensure safe operations. After a certain time the logs are removed. This typically happens on a rolling 14 days basis.
